Iconic LC4 chaise longue designed by the French architect Charlotte Perriand, who was working in the offices of the Swiss architect Le Corbusier. This is an early original model produced for Cassina during 1960s. it has engraved serial number 2917. The frame is made of chrome-plated tubular steel with a black lacquered metal frame, the headrest and mattress are upholstered in original brown pony skin. It has a variable inclination and can be positioned in various poses, this allows for greater comfort and a perfect anatomical shape of the body during rest. The chaise lounge remains in very good vintage condition, it preserve its charming patina. It has been cleaned and sanitized and it is sturdy and comfortable.
