Luigi Massoni Poltrona Frau red leather lounge chair & ottoman
Designed by visionary architect Luigi Massoni for Poltrona Frau in the 1970s, this rare lounge chair with matching multifunction ottoman represents high-end Italian master leathercrafting. Upholstered in iconic, original rich "Rosso Frau" leather, the set stands out for its sophisticated architectural lines, subtle hand-stitched rim detailing, and a channel-tufted arched backrest.
The set includes a versatile matching ottoman equipped with hidden castors and an integrated storage drawer/compartment, making it perfect as a footrest, vanity seat, or bedside valet unit. It has undergone professional conservative restoration on the original full-grain leather to preserve its historic integrity while reviving its glow and richness.
