Designed in 1965 by legendary Italian architect and designer Joe Colombo for Comfort, this rare lounge armchair belongs to the iconic "Golf Club" series (Model 1002). Masterfully showcasing Colombo’s futuristic Space Age design philosophy, the chair features a bold architectural white-lacquered solid wood shell housing deep, plump tufted cushions upholstered in rich black full-grain leather.
Designed for versatile, dynamic living spaces, it integrates an ergonomic cut-out handle on the upper back shell and functional front castors underneath, allowing effortless rotation and movement. The armchair has undergone a high-standard conservative restoration, maintaining its original character while fully refreshing its structure and leather texture.

Condition: Excellent restored vintage condition. Professionally restored and sanitized leather showing a beautiful soft patina and pristine stitching. Structural white frame is solid and glossy with clean edges and smooth functional castors. Ready for immediate deployment in upscale living spaces, executive offices, or galleries.
Care & Cleaning: Wipe the white lacquered frame gently using a dry or slightly damp soft microfiber cloth. Clean and nourish the black leather periodically with specialized leather balsam or cream (e.g., leather conditioner). Keep away from direct harsh sunlight or extreme indoor heating sources.
