Vintage Quaderna desk / console SUPERSTUDIO edition 1970s
Rare and iconic vintage Quaderna model desk / console Superstudio edition early 1970s. A white plastic laminate screen-printed in 3cm squares covers an ingenious plywood core. Superstudio were a group of Florence based architects linked to the ‘Radical Design’ movement born in the 1960s. The Quaderna range is accepted as being one of the clearest representations of the movement. This console has been created on commission by a private client in Florence, the measurements are therefore personalized. It is one of the first editions produced by Superstudio at the end of the 1960s. In fact, it presents some manufacturing imperfections due to the craftsmanship of the piece, a distinctive sign of originality. It is sturdy and ready to furnish all your living spaces!
