This rare Space Age table lamp embodies the innovative spirit of mid-century Murano glassmaking, combining organic hand-blown textures with futuristic design principles.
Crafted using two iconic Venetian glass techniques, the lamp features a thick outer shell in pulegoso glass, densely infused with microscopic air bubbles that capture and refract light. At its center sits an inner incamiciato opal white glass diffuser, seamlessly accented by polished chrome-plated metal details on the top rim and circular base.
When illuminated, the dual-layer glass structure creates a mesmerizing visual depth. It projects a soft, glare-free ambient glow through the central diffuser while highlighting the sparkling, tactile texture of the bubble-infused outer glass.
Excellent vintage condition. The hand-blown Murano glass body is clean and structurally sound, free of chips, cracks, or deep scratches. The chrome-plated metal base and top rim retain a bright finish with minimal signs of age.
Fully serviced, rewired, and safety tested. Fitted with a standard E27 screw-in socket (compatible with modern LED bulbs) and inline switch. Ready for global use across all voltage systems.
